To be a member of Women in Film & TV UK, you must be a female professional working in the film, television or creative media industry in the UK. This includes a broad range of occupations, such as director, writer, producer, actor, media lawyer, accountant, broadcaster, presenter, development exec, marketing and PR exec, journalist, technician, post production, distribution, senior exec, etc.

If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria, please e-mail administrator@wftv.org.uk or call 020 7287 1400 and ask to speak to someone about membership.
If you do not meet this joining criteria, you are not eligible to become a member of WFTV. If you continue with your membership application and it is later discovered that you are not eligible to be a member, WFTV reserves the right to refuse membership. In such an instance, a refund request can be made, but a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
Students
WFTV does not have a student membership rate. We are happy to add students to our mailing list but they are not eligible to join the organisation until they graduate and begin work in the industry.
