THE WOMEN IN FILM & TELEVISION AWARDS 2023

Please read this policy carefully. By submitting a booking request online you acknowledge that you agree to the policy.

Payment and Bookings 

Tickets and tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis while available inventory lasts. 

All table bookings are to be paid by bank transfer on receipt of an invoice from WFTV. A payment description should be included with your payment which references your company name. Once the payment has been made, proof of payment is required in order to complete your booking.

All individual tickets and raffle tickets purchased in advance of the Awards are to be paid for via our website using Stripe and are subject to our website’s terms of use.

The booker is responsible for paying all VAT and bank charges. If VAT or bank charges are not paid your booking may be refused. 

​

Individual ticket purchases are limited to two per person, and table purchases are limited to one per person or organisation.

Refunds, Cancellations and Changes to the Event 

Table and/or Individual Tickets may be cancelled in writing subject to a cancellation charge of four weeks or more before the event = 100% of total; less than four weeks and more than two weeks before the event = 50% of total; less than two weeks = 100% of total.

Table and/or Individual Tickets non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Payment is required in advance of the event. WFTV reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received in advance of the event.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, to acts of god, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness) to alter the advertised content, timing and/or location of the event at which you have booked a table. We reserve the right to do this at any time and we shall not be liable to you for any cost or other expenses (including wasted travel and accommodation costs) incurred by you as a consequence (including, without limitation, booking fees and travel and accommodation expenses).

Your booking is personal to you/your named organisation and will only entitle you/your named organisation and your named guests to attend the event. You are expressly prohibited from selling, or in any other way transferring your booking whether in whole or part and whether in exchange for payment or otherwise, to any third party. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if you breach this clause.

Covid-19 

All attendees may be required, as a condition of entry, to comply with any Covid-19 regulations, restrictions or entry requirements imposed by WFTV, the Hilton Park Lane or relevant authority. Please ensure you and your guests are aware of and adhere to our Covid-19 Policy, details of which will be shared in advance of the Awards.

All data collected and processed for and by WFTV to deliver the Awards is subject to the WFTV Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
