1-2-1 Clinic: Legal Advice with Sara Griffiths, Loosemores Solicitors

WFTV member and Media Consultant at Loosemores Solicitors, Sara Griffiths, will be hosting a morning of 1-2-1 legal advice clinics for WFTV members.

Sara will be able to offer expert advice on contractual aspects of development, production and distribution, app development and chain of title and clearances.

The aim of the Legal 1-2-1 clinics is to provide useful pointers but cannot be a substitute for formal legal advice following proper review and consideration of the facts and any relevant documents and information.

Sara will be offering 4 x 20 minutes slots to WFTV members. In advance of the session, we ask that members submit a short paragraph summarising the background to the issue you would like to discuss (including other parties involved if any). This information will be shared with Sara Griffiths, for the purposes of this session only to effectively deliver the 1-2-1 clinics.

The 1-2-1 consultations will take place by phone.

Sara Griffiths is a media and entertainment lawyer. As Head of Legal and Business Affairs at S4C she learnt Welsh and dealt with the full range of media related matters including co-production financing and distribution, underlying rights, talent union negotiations, music clearances, policy matters and transmission arrangements on all platforms. Sara sits on the RTS Cymru Wales Committee.

Sara joined Loosemores in 2016. Loosemores Solicitors is ranked Tier 1 for Media and Entertainment in Wales by The Legal 500. Sara Griffiths is currently ranked as a ‘leading individual’ for Media and Entertainment in Wales.
