About the Event
A taster session for WFTV members looking to improve resilience and strengthen capacity to handle all aspects of their work, including high stress and distress. The 25 minute 1:2:1 session will be with trainer and coach, Camilla Wells.
About Camilla
Camilla practised in Family Law and Crime as a Barrister for 22 years. She encountered all manner of challenging cases involving drug trafficking, sexual assaults, violence, domestic violence, child abuse, abduction… She left the Bar 3 years ago and trained with the Tavistock Institute to Coach and has Coached extensively at all levels in the TV Industry.
In connection with a Clinical Psychologist, she devised bespoke Training for the Legal and TV Industries to raise awareness and protect professionals against the exposure to trauma in their work.
She now runs training programmes for Lawyers and the TV Industry as well as coaching predominantly in TV.
