[CLOSED] Actors Call Out: WFTV Kay Mellor Screenwriters’ Lab 2025: Script Showcase

To celebrate the 2025 cohort of the WFTV Kay Mellor Screenwriters’ Lab, we are once again hosting our Script Showcase, bringing together this year’s writers for an evening to showcase their work.

We are inviting actors from our membership to take part by performing script-in-hand readings of selected pieces. If you’re interested in working with fresh new writing and helping to bring these stories to life, we’d love you to register your interest.

The Script Showcase event will take place on Thursday 30 April, from 18:30–22:00 and will be hosted at a location in Central London. If selected, you will also need to be available for a two-hour online rehearsal in advance of the event which will take place on Tuesday 21 April. Applicants must be available for both of these dates. This is a paid opportunity.
