Olivia van der Werff
Olivia leads both our compliance and fairness teams as well as heading up our team of health and safety consultants. Â Within the broadcast industry she provides fairness advice to producers of game and quiz shows and oversees a team of health and safety advisors to broadcast and non-broadcast industries.

She also works as a mediator in civil disputes and is registered with the Civil Mediation Council.
​
She practised as a solicitor in Bristol before becoming one of the first solicitors in the country to dual qualify in health and safety in the UK.
She established and grew a national health and safety consultancy through a franchise model before selling her company to an AIM Listed PLC in 2004 and setting up Beyond Dispute.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and an Associate Member of BAFTA.
How will the online event work?
This event will be live streamed via Zoom.us. Viewing details will be sent via your confirmation.
Attending participants will not be visible to others and will be muted throughout the session. After the talk, there will be an opportunity for audience members to ask their questions to the panel by using the Q&A feature.
