About the Event
Gobby Girl Productions invite WFTV members for rooftop drinks and an evening dedicated to championing women in comedy.
The Gobby Girl Summer Party is an opportunity for broadcasters, production companies, commissioners, producers and development teams to connect with an exciting group of female comedy writers and directors selected from the Gobby Girl community to celebrate.
With over 2,500 members, Gobby Girls is one of the UK's largest networks of women working in comedy, bringing together emerging and established writers, directors, performers and creators across television, film, digital and live performance.
This event has been designed to help industry decision-makers discover new voices, build relationships with female talent, and broaden the pool of creatives being considered for comedy projects across development and production.
