Event Opportunity: NFTS VFX Q&A with Gillian Simpson

WFTV members are invited to join this VFX Q&A with House of the Dragon senior in-house compositor and on-set supervisor Gillian Simpson, hosted by NFTS.

After 15 years as an editor, Gillian made a career change to work in visual effects. Since studying VFX at the NFTS, she has worked on films including Isle of Dogs, The French Dispatch and Dumbo and as senior in-house compositor and on set supervisor for HBO’s House of the Dragon. She’s also an award-winning writer-director, her short film Dandelionis on the festival circuit. She’ll be in conversation with NFTS Head of VFX, Ian Murphy, about building and sustaining a successful career in VFX.
