From synthetic voice cloning to automated editing tools and training algorithms on rushes, AI is continuing to march rapidly into TV and film workflows. But with innovation comes legal uncertainty.


In this FAQ-style session, lawyer and AI specialist Kelsey Farish will explore some of the most pressing AI-related legal challenges facing producers, commissioners, creatives and performers today. Each “hotspot” will be discussed in light of with real-world examples and practical guidance.


Kelsey intends to cover a wide variety of issues related to contracts, copyright, internal policies and regulation - a few example questions worth exploring are listed below.
