Mentor and career coach Karmjit Kaur will share real-life scripts, explore what integrity means to you, and work through dilemmas together.

Objective:

In an environment where opportunities in film and TV feel scarce and people feel they need to take an opportunity they can get, this workshop aims to equip participants with practical skills and strategies for decision-making and approaching work opportunities particularly where there may be inner conflict. This includes maintaining their integrity, defining what integrity means to them, and managing and resolving workplace conflicts.
