Speed Networking: Find Your Crew

Join us for an evening of online Speed Networking. This is an opportunity for Heads of Production and Production Managers to meet a variety of crew and specialists from the WFTV membership.

Using virtual breakout rooms, this is a great opportunity for some 1-2-1 speed networking. You will have 5 minutes to chat to each person, and then the WFTV host will circulate members between 12 breakout rooms.

We welcome signs up from Production Managers and Heads of Departments; and on the crew side, we invite members who work across all production departments, including (but not exhaustive) camera, sound, lighting, grips, stunt work, set design, production designers, costume designers, wardrobe, hair & makeup.

When you sign up you’ll be asked for your name, email and a link to your online portfolio/LinkedIn/website/Socials, you’ll then also need to email amylouise@wftv.org.uk with a one page resume. This information will be circulated to all attendees before the session begins.

16:55– Please join the meeting waiting room

17:00 – Speed Networking begins, you will spend 5 mins each with each person in your rotation.

19:00 – Finish

How will the online event work?

This event will be live streamed via Zoom.us. Viewing details will be sent via your confirmation email.

This is an interactive session and will be taking place as a Zoom meeting. Attendees need to access the event using a device with audio and video functions to participate.
