WFTV Legal: Featuring crime in TV with Clare Hoban

From analysing historic cases through to working alongside the police, crime past and present has never been more popular with commissioners. Clare Hoban is known to many WFTV members as their go-to content legal support and will give us a practical lowdown of the legal and Ofcom minefields affecting producers and how to navigate them.

Clare Hoban is a highly experienced television and film content lawyer at specialist content firm Reviewed & Cleared. A trusted advisor to many WFTV members, Clare works with production companies and broadcasters advising on the legal and Ofcom issues affecting content. She has in depth experience advising across every genre from comedy and light entertainment to breaking news and high profile factual documentaries and drama.
