Sara is Founder/MD of Sara Putt Associates, an agency for freelance film and TV technicians which also runs a bespoke Trainee and Foundation Scheme supporting new entrants to the industry. Sara is Deputy Chair of BAFTA, Chair of the BAFTA TV Committee and sits on the boards of the BFC and the Film and TV Charity.
