Negotiation is a fundamental tool for professional development, however research shows that throughout their career women ask for less and negotiate on fewer occasions, which means missing out on opportunities for career and salary progression.

In this session, Sara Putt of leading industry agency Sara Putt Associates will be sharing the skills you need to get into the negotiation mindset and raise your confidence. Sara will cover tips and tools for good negotiation and how to apply them to practical situations to obtain better results.

Sara is Founder/MD of Sara Putt Associates, an agency for freelance film and TV technicians which also runs a bespoke Trainee and Foundation Scheme supporting new entrants to the industry. Sara is Deputy Chair of BAFTA, Chair of the BAFTA TV Committee and sits on the boards of the BFC and the Film and TV Charity.
