About the Event
In this event, Nina Joshi Ramsey returns for her first 2021 wellbeing session leading a practical exercise that helps relieve stress and perhaps shift a niggle you may have.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called ‘Tapping’, is a well-regarded, easy-to-use self-care approach, based on acupuncture points and meridians. This session will lead you through the practice and will end with a guided relaxation technique and a clearing visualisation that can be used regularly to release stress and tension held in our bodies.
Come armed with water and your notebooks and pens. As well as trying tapping, you’re going to want to make notes and put the technique into practice later!
Nina Joshi Ramsey is a Writer and Trainer/Coach. She has written prize-winning and longlisted short and long fiction and non-fiction as well as short and full-length plays. She completed a Masters level PgDip in Psychology with a research project on stress management, and now shares theory and fast, practical approaches, always with an energetic and positive mindset.
