For many 2020 has been a challenging year which has brought changes to every area of our lives: career, relationships, family and social.
Looking at the year ahead during these times of uncertainty may feel a bit daunting.
In this interactive workshop, author, leadership and career coach, Sue Belton, will guide you through exercises to help you assess your life and priorities, identify what you want for 2021 and set specific measurable goals to make it happen.
The workshop aims to:
- Assess the areas of your life that need attention.
- Identify what you want in each of those areas for the year ahead.
- Create a vision map with specific measurable goals to implement.

The challenges of filming schedules, Covid-19 anxiety, post-traumatic stress, demanding work schedules, adapting to new filming practices and social distancing have all had a large impact on mental health. This session will focus on understanding mental health and will help individuals increase their own resilience giving them the tools to recognise the signs and offer support to people suffering from mental distress.£0.00
