About the Event
Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 10 - 16 May. To recognise the week, we're bringing together this session with Sarah McCaffrey.Â
The challenges of filming schedules, Covid-19 anxiety, stress, demanding work schedules, adapting to new filming practices and social distancing have all had a large impact on mental health.
This session led by Sarah McCaffrey from Solas Mind will focus on understanding mental health and help individuals increase their own resilience, giving them the tools to recognise the signs and offer support to people suffering from mental distress.
