Hear from drama producer and 2023 WFTV Northern Ireland mentee Leon McGeown-Fee. In conversation with Kathy Clugston, Leon will be discussing her journey into the industry and career path and sharing insights to current trends she’s noticing within the industry.
Leon McGeown-Fee is from Lurgan in Co Armagh. She graduated from the University of Ulster Coleraine with a degree in Media Studies. Since beginning her career in 1999 Leon has worked almost exclusively at home in Northern Ireland making 100's of hours of factual and scripted TV. Since 2020 she's also produced 45 hours of TV Drama. Series 1,2 and 3 of Hope Street and London Kills for Long Story TV. She is currently producer on Dalgliesh Series 3 for New Pictures.
