Growing up in rural Shropshire, Helena’s first steps into television were the result of a teacher suggesting she google “TV production” before pursuing a career in teaching or social work… Helena’s first  TV role was as a researcher on The Gadget Show, later moving to BBC’s Holby City.  After 2 years (and a lot of medical anecdotes later) she joined the team at Sony Pictures Television, working with their scripted production companies across the globe.  She took these skills with her to Hartswood Films,…
