Sophie is Head of Development at Motive Pictures, where she manages the company’s slate and oversees projects from concept through to greenlight, working closely with writers and broadcasters. She previously spent four years at Tall Story Pictures as Development Producer and later Head of Development, where she developed and story produced three series of the RTS-nominated drama The Bay for ITV. Before this, she worked as a Development Executive at Hat Trick and ITV Studios, where she script edited the award-winning series Home Fires amongst other development work.
