In partnership with Repro@UCL, WFTV members are invited to a screening of On Our Own Terms, a film about reproductive rights in a post-Dobbs USA, followed by a Q&A with Dr. Sabrina Das (producer, writer) and Steve Ryan (director). This short film is a collaboration between film maker Steve Ryan and Sabrina Das an UK abortion provider who spent a year in the US.
On Our Own Terms is a powerful documentary that uses oral history to capture the resilience, ingenuity, and defiance of 31 frontline activists, providers, and community leaders fighting to preserve reproductive rights in a post-Roe America. As a crisis deepens, so does innovation. What emerges is not just an American chronicle, but globally relevant lessons for reproductive justice. Following the film there will be a 30-minute Q&A with Sabrina and Steve.
