IN CONVERSATION WITH THE TEAM FROM SAINT MAUD

We are joined by some of the team behind Saint Maud, producer, Andrea Cornwell, costume designer, Tina Kalivas and production designer Paulina Rzeszowska. Saint Maud is a psychological horror story about a young nurse, Maud, who develops a dangerous obsession with her new patient, Amanda.

The team will be talking about how they designed and created the world around Maud and her patient Amanda, to highlight the contrast between them. They will also be revealing how they constructed the film sets and props to be able to create moments of intrigue and surprise for the audience.

Saint Maud is the debut feature from BAFTA’s 2019 Breakthrough Brit Rose Glass and has received 17 record-breaking BIFA nominations. You can watch the trailer here.

For this event, we’re joined by the writer and actors of the sitcom Trying, the UK’s first original production for Apple TV+. The series follows the story of couple Nikki and Jason as they navigate trying for a baby and exploring adoption. With the second season confirmed, writer, Andy Wolton and actor Esther Smith will be talking about their experience on the first season and plans for series two.
