Do you know your What and your Why?  Having a clear vision of what you want and understanding of what drives you is transformative when it comes to self-confidence.  A clear vision of the end in mind makes goals easier to define and the strategy to get there much more obvious.  Likewise, an understanding of your purpose helps you make confident choices, no matter how tough.  Vision and Purpose are the foundations of a confident career.
