2026 WFTV Four Nations Mentoring Scheme
Each year WFTV seeks 20 mentees from England and 7 each from the North of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.
The scheme is open to mid-career women in film, television, and digital media, the six-month scheme offers one-to-one mentoring with senior industry professionals, peer-to-peer training, and bespoke career development workshops.

We’re looking to appoint two passionate and dedicated members from any area of the industry who share WFTV’s mission and are committed to supporting its continued growth.

The successful candidates will be announced at the 2025 AGM later this year.

2025 WFTV Leadership Programme
The purpose of the WFTV Fearless Leadership Programme is to empower women to thrive in senior leadership positions by providing training and coaching in leadership skills, tools and techniques and mindset.
​You are eligible to apply for this scheme if you have 15 years’ experience plus and are in a leadership position in the film, TV and screen industries.
