Now in its second year, WFTV Festival is an opportunity for our members to come together, share their creative achievements, and celebrate International Women’s Day.

WFTV Festival kicked off in London on March 5 with industry drinks at the Atrium Bar at The Garden Cinema, before travelling to Manchester, Belfast, Glasgow, and Cardiff. Across the festival we showcased over 60 feature films, short films and television episodes, all lovingly made by our members. Industry highlights included a special panel with Bad Wolf and Screen Alliance Wales on producing drama in Wales, a discussion on the changing landscape of high-end TV in Manchester, and a debate on the future of AI and gender inclusion.

Thank you to our sponsors Eastbrook Studios, MBS Equipment and Belfast Harbour for helping us bring WFTV Festival to life. And of course, thank you to our members: without your creativity and craft WFTV Festival wouldn’t be possible.
