Applications open for 2025 WFTV Fast Track to Fearless Leadership Programme

We are delighted to announce that applications for the 2025 WFTV Fast Track to Fearless Leadership Programme are now open.

The purpose of the WFTV Fast Track To Fearless Leadership Programme is to empower women to thrive in senior leadership positions by providing training and coaching in leadership skills, tools and techniques and mindset.

​We believe that if we want to enact change, one of the most powerful ways is to make sure women leaders are represented at the highest levels across the screen industries in all roles and empowered with the leadership skills, self-belief and confidence to set and deliver strategy, to make positive impact and maintain their resilience for the long-haul.

The 2023 Fearless Leadership cohort.

This is a bespoke programme of group coaching, 1-2-1 coaching and masterclasses, and is designed to supercharge leadership skills and create an annual cohort of 12 female leaders who will be professional sounding boards and confidants for each other for the rest of their careers.

The programme has been designed and will be hosted by Tracy Forsyth. Tracy is a Senior Leadership Coach across the creative industries, the Founder of ‘Fast Track to Fearless’ and also has a 30-year career in the creative industries including production, commissioning, distribution and working as part of the Global Leadership Team at BBC Studios.

Applications for the 2025 scheme will close on Monday 1 September 2025 at 5pm.
